Transformational leadership

Here at the Escuela Europea de Coaching we deliver training in the skills required for transformational leadership through which managers and professionals firstly take on board the challenge of committing to their own process of development, change and learning. These skills will subsequently enable them to build the right emotional context in which everyone in their organisation can in turn leverage their skills and generate extraordinary results.

The professional coaches at the Escuela Europea de Coaching are the facilitators of this learning. They help the manager or professional to discover:

- What kind of “spectacles” to put on when evaluating situations.

- How their way of interpreting situations impacts their actions (and their outcomes).

- What they are not “seeing” which might offer them fresh possibilities and options for action.

- How to converse with their colleagues to engage them in projects and goals.

- What they can do to lead their team by giving it a sense of commitment instead of obligation.

In short, we mentor our students through a process in which they learn to listen to conversations (with themselves and with others), acquire new conversational skills and become active and responsible observers, thus enabling them to undertake new actions so as to meet challenges and achieve unprecedented results.
