What’s your goal? What do you want to create?

Here at the Escuela Europea de Coaching we train professionals to acquire the core competencies they need to map out and achieve their vision, that extraordinary goal or objective they want to reach.

We start out with the idea that the future is somewhere in which to lead, that we live in a world full of possibilities and that as a result we can shift from adapting to circumstances to using them to help us to achieve our goals.

We mentor professionals in the process of making their vision a reality so that it becomes the guiding light for their learning, leading them to new ways of thinking and acting and persuading and encouraging them to add to their skill sets.

With our programmes professionals learn to:

- Map out and commit to a bold and challenging vision.

- Think about different options and ways of achieving their goals.

- Identify what they have to “let go of” and what they have to “learn” to attain their objectives.

- Overcome resistance and move smoothly towards their goal.

- Turn obstacles into opportunities or challenges.

- Identify achievements.

- ……Create their future….

Moreover, when people share a vision in organisations, they create an identity which makes it possible to align commitments in order to achieve a shared goal.

It becomes the source of inspiration which binds and gives meaning to the activities carried out in the organisation and enables more efficient coordination of actions.

Consequently, at the Escuela Europea de Coaching we deliver training in the skills which enable managers to build a vision that is shared across their organisations.
