Discussion session in Bilbao

Last 14 January we were in Bilbao at the Euskalduna Centre for a discussion session jointly organised with the APD (Association for Progress in Management).

WHAT CAN COACHING DO FOR YOUR COMPANY? Experiences in Executive Coaching.

The session sought to analyse the advantages and drawbacks of executive coaching and offer a wider view of the utility of coaching through talks about their personal experiences given by our speakers, Eva López Acevedo (founding partner and Executive Director of the EEC) and Silvia Guarnieri (founding partner and Academic Director of the EEC), and the testimony of people from Visesa.

The talks tackled questions such as:

What needs does coaching meet?

When should you hire a coach?

What does creating a culture of coaching in my organisation mean?

The session provided attendees with a wider view of the possibilities offered by executive coaching for individuals and organisations alike.
