First Coaching Approach class in Madrid

The first Coaching Approach session was held at the EEC in Madrid last 27 January 2009.

Francisco Junquera, an EEC Executive Coach and an ICF Accredited Certified Coach, taught the Programme.

Concepts to be used in personal and professional performance. Knowing what to do when confronted by problems. The importance of not leaving conversations pending, of knowing how to listen and realising that sometimes we are confined by prior ideas which restrict us when we have to interact with others. A commitment to improve and seek out solutions. An intense, practical and effective experience that solves problems; in short a gateway to new professional development.
