Executive Coaching Certification (Stage I)
The first training stage in Executive Coaching Certification gives students an introduction to the competencies and skills which any professional coach needs to master. The sessions in this programme therefore focus on learning the fundamental ground rules of coaching.
The programme is addressed to any professional who wants to improve their performance, interpersonal relationships or their leadership. It will be especially useful for anyone who, for whatever reason, is involved in or taking part in a process of cultural change in their organisation.
Stage I in Executive Coaching Certification lasts 38 hours in total (32 hours of classroom time and 6 hours of practical experience in coaching conversations and programmed tasks) divided into four full-day sessions (8 hours).
Between sessions students do and hand in practical exercises connected with what they have learnt in the training modules. A professional coach helps each student to review and learn from these tasks.
It is the essential groundwork for going on to Stage II in Executive Coaching Certification.
