Executive Coaching Certification (Stage II)

Stage II in Executive Coaching Certification (“the coaching degree”) provides further training in all the competencies and skills required to be a professional coach.

In order to do stage II students must have taken stage I and passed the entrance test.

The Programme is based on a culture of learning which enables students to feel they are leading their personal and professional development and achieving successful outcomes. Students get real practical coaching experience right from the very first session. They are supervised by a professional coach who ensures they acquire the competencies and skills they need.

The Programme has a business focus which entails analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so that students are always able to make the right decisions.

At the end of stage II of the Coaching Degree, students gain the EEC’s Professional Coach qualification which is credentialed by the ICF as an “Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP)”.

Certification is awarded when assessment by the EEC’s teaching team shows that the student has acquired all the conceptual knowledge and practical competencies required for them to be a professional coach.

The programme takes a hands-on approach with all students having to do the same practical exercises. As a result the length of Stage II will depend on how many students there are and may take 12 or 15 full-day sessions (from 9 am to 1.30 pm and from 3 pm to 6.30 pm).

Places on the course will be given by strict order of reception of applications.
