Coaching Supervision

We believe that you can’t be a coach unless you’ve been a coachee first, and we are convinced that a coach needs a Coach Supervisor to help them carry on learning about and understanding something as complex as human behaviour.

The EEC’s Coaching Supervision Programme is designed to help certified professional coaches to achieve results with their coachees based on the principle that as coaches we are often not aware of topics and situations which are in our personal blind spots. The role of the Coach Supervisor is to show those additional skills which coaches need in order to achieve better results with their coachees.

Our Programme is credentialed as Continuing  Coach Education (CCE) by International Coach Federation (ICF), with 33 credits approved by the federation.

This Programme is addressed to coaches who want to continue learning from what they do, to see in each case what the framework is for the various kinds of interviews, how to map them out, how to work on commitments… in short, how to achieve the results that their coachees are calling for.
