We live in an era of communication and synergology helps us to communicate better and to understand a crucial element: body language, which we transmit without words.

As coaches it is vital to decipher the real and deep intentions of our clients in the fleeting moment, to interpret the silences, analyse what is not said and understand their non-verbal language.

Word do not always express everything that we are thinking and at times that can even be used to tell lies, to disguise a feeling, an emotion or even a fact.

Synergology allows us to better understand the incongruities between the word and the gesture.

The analysis of gestures helps us to detect, among many other issues:

If our Coachees are comfortable with us, if they are alert, if they are controlling the situation, if they are displaying distrust or misgivings, etc.

If they are being honest or not.

If they are connecting with us, in terms of emotions and logic, etc.
