Team Coaching Processes

The purpose of our Team Coaching processes is to mentor teams as they enhance their performance so that the results achieved by the group are far greater than the sum of its parts.

The goal is to achieve greater cohesion and unity between team members by improving communication, trust and leadership and aligning and joining forces to effectively coordinate actions in order to achieve the organisation’s shared goals.

A professional coach mentors the team to achieve the cultural maturity of the organisation and seeks to increase the independence and commitment of its members.

The coach focuses their attention on the relationships between the team members and the impact that this interaction has on the results that the organisation wants or hopes to achieve.

Close observation of these relationships often throws up key learning experiences for driving change.

The coach helps the team to think about what it is doing without getting involved in the network of relationships, taking control of meetings or relieving team members of their responsibilities.

It is the team which guides its own learning and retains full control over its goals, methods and way of operating. The coach mentors by giving feedback and acting as a mirror, helps with strategic thinking and gives training on how to maintain dialogues.
