Training support coaching
As a natural continuation of a programme and in order to get the most out of investment in training.
(According to Public Personnel Management Magazine, Winter 1997: “All the studies show the magnificent results that can be achieved when training is supplemented by coaching. One of them, for instance, concluded that training increased productivity by 22.4 %, and that if this same training was followed by coaching, productivity shot up by 88%.”)
Our coaching support processes seek to ensure that people build what they have learnt into their daily work, and among other things they make it possible to:
• ensure that the techniques and skills that have been learnt are consolidated by being put into practice
• help students overcome difficulties and obstacles which appear in their jobs and which in general put at risk any kind of change in people’s behaviour or attitudes
• give them support in overcoming the traditional resistance to change to be found in organisations
It is especially useful when the idea is that the coachee should improve their performance and develop particular skills.
